Wildlife Photographs
Longstone Edge is home to a range of rare and beautiful plants and animals. They thrive on the ancient limestone grassland, which supports plants that are especially adapted to the thin, alkaline soils. The insects, in turn, are adapted to lay their eggs on these plants.
